The International Committee of Exchange on Sports, Culture & Education (ICE-SCE) is a non-profit, non-governmental international organization with its headquarters in Los Angeles, California in the United States. ICE-SCE, has a background of promoting global macro-economic and cultural exchanges. Areas of expertise range from sports programs to exchange programs in a number of specific fields like culture, education, economy and trade with relevant government departments, sports organizations, scientific and educational institutions, economic enterprises, and social organizations at all levels and from all walks of life to build a broad and friendly atmosphere of cooperation, and promote international friendly exchanges and mutually beneficial cooperation programs.
